SMS Messaging System This software was developed as a tool to be used by ourselves to monitor programs and equipment and to send a message to a mobile phone if an event occurred. All that is required is a PC with a modem. The program can then be integrated into your existing system and will send out messages based on criteria set.
We use the system to alert us if our telephone call logging program stops receiving information from the phone system. This prevents loss of data as the phone system records data that is used to produce bills. If the call logger stops for a day then the client would lose about £800 to £1000 worth of calls.
