Drug Database

This project was part of a very large clinical system that we developed over a 2 year period. Many of the techniques used today in new projects were developed during the design of this application.

The Drug Browser hold details of over 130,000 prescription-only and over-the-counter medicines available in the UK. The database holds details of each drug, manufacturer, prescribing advice, interactions etc. making it a vast encyclopaedia used by GPs and hospital doctors at the time of prescribing.
