International Translation Agency

An application that was developed for translate4me.com  An International translation agency that has clients throughout the world. 

They have offices in the UK and in the USA and required a database that could handle the recording of job details, translator's details and client information.

 The program automatically generates Microsoft Word documents and attaches them to e-mails to send out the Job Details to their translators based in all parts of the world. 

The database is synchronized between the two offices using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) link so that all the job details and files are available at both offices. This was essential because the 8 hour time difference meant that the translators may contact either office depending on the time of day.
